This policy is valid only for items purchased on our website, www.egrethas.com.

1. Conditions

We have a 14 (fourteen) calendar days return policy in which you, the buyer, can initiate a refund request.

These 14 (fourteen) calendar days are calculated from the moment you, the buyer, take physical possession of the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you, the buyer, received it, unused, with no stains, scratches, tears or other defects. It must be accompanied by the original intact security seal, in the original packaging, which contains the item identification code. Items must be returned unused, with all labels still attached.

If the items we have delivered to you, the buyer, were accompanied by any gifts(e.g. samples), when you return the items, you must also return the gifts.

Returned items that are used or damaged, dirty, or unlabelled or with broken security seals cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you, the buyer, at your expense, with a refund refused.

2. Return

Follow the below steps to initiate a return :

a) Send your request via email at orders@egrethas.com.

b) If your request fulfils the above-mentioned return conditions, you, the buyer, will be notified via email that your request has been accepted.

c) Items will need to be sent via one of our approved shipping companies, to the address indicated by us in the above-mentioned notification. All costs associated with your return request are your, the buyer’s, responsibility.

d) Once the items are in our possession, they will be checked, and you, the buyer, will be notified regarding the progress and status of the refund procedure.

e) Once cleared, the value paid for the returned item will be refunded to the original payment method, and it will be processed without delay, and no later than:

• 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt by us, back from you, the buyer, of any items delivered; or
• if the items have not been delivered, 14 (fourteen) business days from the date on which we are informed of your withdrawal.
  

3. Damaged or Non-compliant Items

In cases where returned items are used or damaged or incomplete, show signs of wear and tear, scratches, dents, electric shocks, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Returned items that are used or damaged or dirty or without labels and intact security seal cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you, the buyer, and refunds will be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in case of abuse (repeated returns).

4. Order Cancellation

All orders placed may be cancelled within 24 (twenty-four) hours.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which may take up to 30 (thirty) calendar days to reflect.
