Kindly find below the terms and conditions that constitute our company Delivery Policy.

1. Delivery

The company offers for sale items that are available in stock and can be shipped within Romania and abroad (country restrictions apply) as it follows:

• Romania, 3-4 (three-four) business days
  
• European Union, 6-8 (six-eight) business days.
  

Shipping outside the European Union and/or to P.O. Boxes is based on country restrictions.

The above-mentioned delivery times are to be used as guidelines only and are subject to acceptance, approval and processing of the given order.

All orders are processed within 3 (three) business days.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Once a signature is provided, the responsibility for the purchased good transfers to you, the buyer. If you decide to nominate another recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you, the buyer, agree that the signature of that nominated recipient is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the company’s obligation and transfer of liability.

2. Delays

The company is not responsible and will not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third-party service provider.

Please note that during holidays (e.g. Easter, Christmas), delivery times are typically affected.

3. Costs and Taxes

Shipping rates are dependent on the delivery address, as follows:

• Romania & European Union - Complimentary shipping for orders over 200 (two hundred) EURO.
  
• Rest of the World – 25 (twenty five) EURO.
  

Customs duties and any other taxes levied by the countries to which the items are delivered are your, the buyer, responsibility, regardless of the value of the order.

We cannot under any circumstances be obliged to bear and/or pay such charges and cannot be held liable if delivery cannot be completed (the item does not reach the recipient) because the recipient fails to fulfil its obligation to pay such charges or if delivery is delayed (the item is late in reaching the recipient) because the recipient is late in paying such charges.

We offer free of charge shipping for all items for which total value exceeds the value of 200 (two hundred) EURO, or RON currency equivalent, as applicable, regardless of weight or volume.

For items with a value of less than 200 (two hundred) EURO, or RON currency equivalent, as applicable, the cost of shipping is borne by you, the buyer. Shipping rates will be displayed separately, so you, the buyer, know what it will cost before the order is finalized.
